Black veil Brides

Chapter 1(Kat’s POV)

“Yell!” I exclaimed.

“NO!” Krista gasped, pushing me. I turned to the camera that Cassie was holding in her hand.

“They’re afraid.” I said into it.

“If we’re so afraid, you run up and hug him.” Krista challenged. “I DARE you to.” She said.

“Fine!” I retorted and strode across the street. I smiled deviously. I knew that I would probably freak them out. When I got to the other side, I stood and waited for him to turn to me. He finally did.

“FREAAAKK!” I shouted and sped up to him, squeezing him in a death hug before sprinting back to my friends, giggling and panting.

“That was hilarious, Kat! Now he’s looking at you like you’re a freak.” Krista said.

“That’s because I am.” I replied, shrugging.

“I am going up to apologize to him for you.” Nikki said and walked across the street. She didn’t look very confident, but she gained it as he smiled at her. She motioned to me, then made the crazy symbol. I ran over to her and jumped on he back.

“Maybe YOU’RE crazy and I’m normal.” I said as she bent over from excessive weight.

“Kat, get off me, you weigh a ton.” She grunted. I slid down her back and landed lithely on my feet.

“Gee, thanks Nikki.” I said, walking away. “I want my top back, by the way.” I called over my shoulder.

“Oh Kitty Kat, you should know you can’t fool us. When you get mad, you get MAD.” Nikki shrugged. “Anyway, sorry for her. She’s insane.”

“Oh yeah!” I shouted, pumping my fist. “I’ve gone from crazy to INSANE! That’s amazing!” I exclaimed. Andy laughed.

“It’s cool, really.” He said.

“I bet he’s used to it anyway, Nikki.” I called over my shoulder.

“Not really, no. Everyone is too scared.” He said. I chuckled as Cassie and Krista walked up to us.

“Jason’s here.” Cassie said, motioning to Nikki’s boyfriend. Nikki squealed and ran up to him. Jason caught her in a hug and kissed her on the lips.

“Behave, children.” I waggled my finger at them. Nikki giggled as Jason turned towards Andy, a devious smile set on his face. I knew what he was thinking.

“DOUBLE FREAAAKK!” He screamed, hugging Andy. I was laughing too hard to make out words as he stepped back.

“Jason!” Nikki exclaimed. “I can’t go anywhere with you two!” She complained, crossing her arms over her chest and pouting. I wiped the tears from my eyes.

“You know you love us. We don’t choose our craziness!” I said. She glared at me through narrowed eyes.

“Come on, babe. I just couldn’t resist.” He said. “I’m sorry.” He said. When she didn’t respond, he turned to me. “You always get me in trouble, Kat. I’m sorry, but we can’t be friends.” He said remorsefully.

“But…but…WWAAAAHHH!” I wailed theatrically.

“Guys. Let’s go.” Cassie muttered. “We’re being so annoying right now. Seriously.” She said.

“Thank you Cassie!” Nikki said in exasperation.

“Where could we possibly go? The concert doesn’t start for another hour and they typically don’t let people in until thirty minutes till. What the hell are we supposed to do for half an hour?” I asked.

“I don’t know, Kat, but we are seriously being annoying. Let’s go.” She grabbed my hand and started dragging me away.

“BYE!” I shouted, waving at BVB. They waved back and I giggled. When we were out of hearing distance of them, Cassie dropped my hand and giggled.

“I actually wanna have a chance with them, which means we can’t be as annoying, K?” She said. I nodded.

“Got it, Casanova.” I said, winking as we went to wait in line. We were the fourth group in line.

Let the thirty minute wait commence.

Chapter 2(Andy’s POV)

“They were pretty cool.” I observed as they disappeared around the corner. “Kinda wacky. Kinda crazy.”

“Just our type.” Sandra said, grinning. We went inside and watched the first band get set up.

When the thirty minutes was up, people started filing in through the doors. I watched for a blond head. I saw her friends come in, except for the brown haired one. I glanced over at the band before going to the door.

“No money, no entrance.” The bouncer was saying. “Get outta here, kid.” He growled.

“Fine. Sorry Cassie, I guess I left my wallet at home.” The blond girl said sadly. “Let’s go.” She sighed.

“They’re with me.” I cut in. The blond turned to me and gaped. “Come on.” I said, leading them in.

“Thank you SO much! I’m Cassie and that’s Kat.” The brown haired one said.

“I’m Andy, but you already knew that. It’s no biggie.” I replied. Kat grinned.

“And the black haired one is Krista and the red head is Nikki and the boy with Nikki is Jason.” She said as they all walked up.

“Yay! You’re in.” Krista exclaimed. “Now the party can start!” she started dancing.

“No. Just…just no.” Cassie shook her head. “I’m going to get something to drink, I’m dying of thirst. Anyone want anything?” She asked.

“Dr. Pepper.” Kat said.

“Coke.” Was Krista’s answer.

“None.” Is what Nikki and Jason said. Krista turned to Kat.

“You are, like, obsessed with Dr. Pepper.” She said. Kat nodded vigorously as the rest of the band came up.

“If it was the only thing left on the planet, I would marry it. I would make little Dr. Pepper babies with it.” She said.

“That’s weird.” Sandra said. Kat’s eyes flew open wide and she threw her hand over her mouth.

“Oh my god!” She exclaimed, turning bright red. I laughed as people swarmed around us.

“Will you sign my poster?!” Some girl asked, shoving her poster at me with a sharpie. I signed it, as did the rest of the band.

Cassie came back and handed Kat and Krista their drinks and we all hung out until it was time for us to go on.

When we were finished, we went to look for them, but they were gone. We searched everywhere before going outside. We didn’t see them, but I figured that as long as I was out here, I could have a smoke. I pulled a cigarette out from the pack. I was about to light it when it was knocked from my hand. I stared at Kat as she stomped all over it and turned to me, anger alight in her eyes.

“Smoking kills you.” She hissed as her hand whipped across my cheek. I stood in astonishment as my bodyguard ran up to her and locked her arms behind her back. “Lemme go!” she shouted, struggling in his grasp.

“Listen kid…” He started, but I interrupted him.

“Let her go, Rob.” I said. Kat stopped struggling and looked at me in astonishment. Rob released her. “You’re right. Smoking is a horrible habit.” I said. “I’m trying to stop.” I said.

“There’s been great improvement.” Jake leaped to my defense.

“I’m sorry I slapped you. My aunt died of lung cancer and when I saw the cigarette, it made me really mad that someone as cool as you was putting their lives in danger. I shouldn’t have slapped you, but I stand firm to what I believe.” She said.

“It’s ok. I deserved it.” I replied. She shook her head.

“It’s not okay. I was way out of line. I feel so stupid.” She said. I did the only thing I could think of.  I pulled her into a hug.

“Don’t feel stupid. You’re right.” I said.
