Chapter 1(Bella’s POV)

(This is an all human story)

I sighed and put on basketball shorts and a tank-top for the day. I’m Bella Swan and I live in Forks, Washington with my dad, Chief of police, Charlie Swan. It was the first day of summer vacation.

I petted my little Alaskan Huskie puppy and went downstairs to make breakfast for myself.

My puppy was black and white and his name was Demon.

I saw a note on the fridge and went to read it. It was from my dad and it read: ‘Please get the mail. Love you, dad’. I sighed and opened the door. Suddenly, Demon bolted out of the door and streaked down the road. I sped after him.

“DEMON! DEMON COME BACK HERE!” I yelled at him, but he didn’t listen. I ran as fast as I could. We hit town limits, but Demon was still running. Suddenly, Demon veered off onto a dirt road.

“DEMON!” I yelled, wondering where this little pup of mine was going.

Chapter 2(Edward’s POV)

I was unpacking boxes from the car with Jasper and Emmet. We had just moved here from Alaska. Our Alaskan Huskie puppy suddenly perked his ears and started barking. I heard yelling somewhere in the distance. It was getting closer.

“DEMON!” A girl with an angel’s voice yelled. Suddenly, another Alaskan Huskie puppy came into view and a girl wearing basketball shorts and a tank-top appeared after him. Her face and neck were covered in sweat and her hair was matted back with sweat. She was breathing hard, but still running fast. The puppy ran into Shasta, our puppy, and they bowled over.

“Demon no!” The girl yelled and pulled him away. He was struggling against her, but Shasta was standing calmly.
